Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of ReelCost, a production budgeting and cost-control service provided by Solerta, LLC. By creating an account or using ReelCost, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and be authorized to submit all content you upload. You are responsible for activity under your account and for obtaining appropriate permissions from cast, crew, rights holders, and production partners.
Plans, purchases, and renewals
Features and project limits vary by plan. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. A Project Pass provides the described paid features for one production for 90 days and does not automatically renew unless clearly stated at purchase. Prices, billing periods, taxes, trials, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple or Google are billed, canceled, restored, and refunded under the applicable store rules. Other purchases are governed by the checkout terms presented at purchase.
Your production content
You retain ownership of your production content. You grant Solerta a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested ReelCost services. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes rights, or contains data you are not authorized to process.
Budgeting and AI disclaimer
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access or payment controls, access another user's data, probe security without written permission, introduce malicious code, scrape the service, misuse AI features, or use ReelCost for unlawful or abusive activity.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Beta features may change or fail and should not be your only copy of important production information. You should keep appropriate exports and backups.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using ReelCost at any time and request deletion through our deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where practical, paid users will retain a reasonable opportunity to export their data, except when access must be restricted for security or law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelCost is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. Solerta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost production opportunities, or loss of data. Solerta's aggregate liability arising from ReelCost will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid for ReelCost during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to solutions@solerta.ai.
